Our Autumn Winter 24/25 restock is now well underway! We’ve been hard at work here washing, reproofing and shooting some great new finds for the upcoming season. As a small independent business, the Brukte Klær shop is fuelled by a passion to bring you the best kit possible for elite level adventures.
Every item is unique, carefully selected by us, as rare, one offs, made ready to serve a new mission. No price is ever the same, based on our buying price, when we find a gem, so will you!
NORDIC ADVENTURE | THE ORIGINALS
Routed deep within Nordic culture is a need for adventure. Battling harsh terrains and the need to survive arctic winters, Finland, Norway, Sweden and Denmark have created some of the world’s best explorers.

Finland 1800s | Once home to scientist Adolf Nordenskiöld, creating history with the first expedition sailing through the North-east Passage from northern Norway to the Bering Strait back. An earlier attempt at discovering the vast expanse of Greenland’s ice caps inspired Fridtjof Nansen, a Norwegian who to set out on a mission to be achieve the first crossing of Greenland.
Norway 1800s | Together with five well versed allies, Nansen endured six weeks of brutality, amongst mountains, ice and snow, becoming the first to explore the untapped land.
These tales of Scandinavian history influence many of our brands to this day, with world changing expeditions and adventure at our core, with hope to continue their vision for generations.
BRAND SPOTLIGHT | SASTA
Since 1969, Sasta has been a pioneer in creating innovative designs starting with one and leading to many. Urpo Saastamoinen, a Finnish outdoorsman and hunter, found inspiration from the harsh terrain of Northern Finland.
His understanding of the climate created original Sasta design, capturing ultimate functionality and durability for their task. The nuance of the piece caught the attention of his fellow hunters, resulting in the creation the Sasta brand, with a hunting suit that still leads their designs to this day.

Working closely with local hunters and outdoorsmen, Sasta’s focus remains on creating the highest quality apparel undoubted by the people who wear it. As a brand they continue to support explorers on expeditions across Finnish forests and Arctic Greenland, harking back to the original explorers before our time.
Quality never slips, with the majority of their production done in Europe, as well as crafting their own materials. An ultra premium brand, we believe deserves more recognition amongst the UK outdoor community.

We are currently looking for creative, inspirational figures who can think laterally to associate with the Jenesøn brand. The studio also produces photo and video content and marketing packages, creating a wide array of media from printed copy to hand drawn designs.
The combination of a clothing flow package, plus the opportunity for industry standard content as well as strong connections within the industry will allow you to grow your career as our business expands.
