DELIVERY, RETURNS & REFUNDS

Proof of Origin

Jenesøn Brukte Klær is an independent retailer of second-hand items and outdoor apparel. We only buy from trusted sellers and insist on a proof of purchase for any new with tags items. We will never buy from sellers listing outdoor equipment without reason of their ownership, or from low feedback sellers.

We always undertake the necessary due diligence to ensure genuine provenance of items listed.

Delivery

All items are dispatched with Royal Mail Tracked 48® to ensure items are carried to you safely with full tracking and compensation. Items will be dispatched within, followed by the 48 hour delivery service. If you require a next day delivery, send us an email at amber@jeneson.studio and we’ll work together to try and make this happen.

We’ll let you know once your order has been shipped, you will then receive an email from Royal Mail with your tracking code.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer returns on all like new and good condition items with a full refund (excluding shipping). As a second-hand retailer, we work hard to make sure all items sent are in perfect or as described condition, waxed, washed, proofed, repaired and labeled with new Jenesøn tags.

All items are vetted before leaving the Studio, returned items are accepted on the basis that they come back to us in exactly the same condition they were when they left, cleaned, unmarked and with swing-tags, original packaging and receipts. If an item is not deemed to be in the same condition and we believe it has been worn or used, we cannot process your refund and will send the item back to you.

You have 30 days after receiving your item to make a return, we will then make sure to process your refund within 14 days.

Repaired second-hand items and accessory sales (ie, wax) are not eligible for returns. Repaired items will be sold as previously damaged with hand stitched repairs, with supporting images to ensure all aspects are made clear to you, the viewer or purchaser. If you have purchased a repaired item, you are buying with the knowledge that we can not offer any refund at this time, this is also made clear in the description on the original listing.

If your item has been delivered damaged and not listed as repaired, please contact us with images of the item and we’ll see what we can do.

Dispatch Information & Considerations

Dispatch 1-3 working days.

Once your order is with Royal Mail, we cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery. If your parcel has been lost or stolen, please get in touch and we’ll help you chase it up. All orders are covered for compensation up to £150 with Tracked 48®.

We cannot accept responsibility or offer refunds for failed delivery attempts, and if delivered to a safe space and been marked as unreceived. If you have agreed to this option this is your responsibility to ensure your item will be safe.

If an item is returned due to failed delivery, we will proceed to cancel your order and refund you the full amount.

Before processing your order, please ensure all your details are correct. We cannot send your tracking details or receipts to an incorrect email address, and it’s your responsibility to ensure delivery details are correct. We cannot process reimbursement for incorrect delivery details.

Payments

We use Paypal as our payment processor, ensuring customer satisfaction and data protection. Payments can be made via checkout without having to have or log into a Paypal account. To read more on our privacy policy and data protection click here.
