RECIEPT & INSPECTION

Anyone with experience of buying through popular auction sites will know the pitfalls of wrongly described items, last second outbidding by bots, damaged and dirty, smelly items which promised to be in very good condition before being sold.

At Jenesøn Brukte Klær, every item is checked for correct function, damage and condition on receipt. We walk away from more items than we buy, ensuring we see a proof of purchase for new with tags items.

WASHING

All of our items, including our accessories and rucksacks, are washed prior to listing. We only use market leading technical products for our washing process and are lucky enough to have very soft water in our supply, leaving our items much cleaner feeling than high chalk and lime areas in the south of the island.

REWAXING & REPROOFING

Our relevant items are rewaxed using Jenesøn Norge Outdoor Wax, with our signature process developed from constant testing. Synthetic fabrics are reproofed to restore water beading and breathability, using only market leading, non polluting products.

CORRECT STORAGE

Unlike many used clothing businesses, whose items are only as good as the building they are stored in, we constantly filter and dehumidify the air in our storage area, giving our items the new feel that our reviews are constantly citing. Items once through our process are packed in a breathable wrap and stored ready for dispatch.

PACKAGING

We use 100% recyclable FSC certified paper packaging with a recognisable brand logo, with compostable liners to protect your order during postage.

POSTAGE

We only use Royal Mail for domestic, or Parcelforce for international and larger orders. Unlike budget competitors, your delivery driver will leave an attempted delivery card should you not be home, giving you the chance to pick up your parcel at your local Royal Mail depot.

PRICING

We offer a 30 day return* on our items, giving our customers a chance should items not fit, with prices that are usually around 50% of RRP. It’s a no brainer.
